 Digital Downloads 

Are your kits Royalty Free?

Yes, all kits are Royalty Free.

How do I receive the kits?

You can download your Digital Orders right away at checkout after payment. You'll also receive an email with download links. Feel free to create an account to view and access your previous orders.

How will I know if theres an update for a kit I purchased?

You will receive an email notifying you with the update including the download link. 


 Plugins 

What plugin formats does Im A Music Mogul offer?

All of our plugins can be downloaded in the following 64-bit formats.
  • For Mac: AU & VST3
  • For Windows: VST3
A single license for any given plugin entitles you to all formats; Mac and PC.

I just bought a Im A Music Mogul plugin. What happens next?

At checkout you can download plugin installer files along with your license code to activate the plugin. You will also receive download files and license code via email as well.  

How do I download the plugins and authorize them with my license code?

When you purchase a Im A Music Mogul plugin, you'll receive an email that includes your installers and license code to activate the plugin. Run the installers and load the plugin in your favorite DAW. Copy the license code you received paste it into the prompt when you load the plugin for the first time.

How will I know if a plugin gets an update?

You'll receive an email notifying you of the update with the installers.


 Apparel 

What size am I?

To find your proper size, we recommend that you review our sizing chart.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to North America (US, Canada), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore), Europe (most countries) and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand). How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping to US and Canada is $10.
  • International shipping is $20.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when you place your order. All successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation of the charges.

How long does it take to process an order?

You will receive a confirmation email if your order was successfully placed. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, it was not successfully processed. We recommend checking your spam folder as well. You can download your Digital Orders right away at checkout after payment. You will also receive an email with download links for your digital products as well. Feel free to create an account to view your previous orders as well. 
Apparel Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of confirmation. All orders ship from Toronto, Canada and arrival time may vary based on your shipping address. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update via the carrier.

Will I have to pay for custom fees and import duties on international shipments?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Where can I find my tracking number?

We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.

Can I return/exchange?

We are not able to offer exchanges once an order has been placed. If you received a different product than ordered, please contact support@imamusicmogul.com for assistance.

 

 Returns & Exchanges 

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns at this time. All sales are considered final.

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for any purchased items. Due to the limited nature of products, we do not have inventory for size exchanges. Please double check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately once an order is submitted, changes can not be made. Please carefully review your order and read/agree to our Terms prior to completing your purchase.

We accept PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, original Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
